When you reach a weight goal, don't reward yourself with food. Instead, buy something new to wear or go do something fun. Ladies, go for something fun and sexy. Don't be scared to how a little skin. In fact, go shirtless sometimes. The air feels good on your belly. I did today, and helped me push through the uneasy feeling in my stomach.  GO FIGHT WIN!
